What is the best home remedy for sound sleep?

By God’s grace i am in sound health and even without any major worries. I have no habits of drinking, smoking etc. But I am lacking sleep during night. Im from India. Can anyone suggest me a simple remedy without any side effects.

    Okay, if you have any electronics running while your trying to sleep, T.V., Radio, Computer screen, anything with a bright light or sound, etc. I suggest removing from your room. If you feel clausterphobic you might be more comfortable by moving alot of your stuff away from your sleeping area, such as moving your bed away from the wall.

    If your having trouble sleeping dont eat before you goto bed, and be sure to use the bathroom before you goto bed also.

    If your pillow is uncomfortable and that is a problem for you, maybe move it down your bed a little so its near your shoulders more.

    If your expecting drug information like pills to sleep, im not sure, but drinking tea & honey is very relaxing so enjoy all the info I gave, its helpful for me.
