Attempting to call 911: Has anybody had these dreams? What do the they mean?

xkaboum asked:

I’ve had several strange dreams where I am attempting to call 911, but they are very slow, apathetic to my problem, don’t send officers, etc.

One dream was when I was being chased around the house with a man who was trying to cut open my stomach and spill in chemicals. I found a phone in my room and I called 911, but they kept connecting me to one line in the dept. and then other lines. In the end, the woman on the other end did not believe my situation.

The dream I had last night was very, very, very weird. I think this might have come out of a movie, but I’m not sure. I’ve had two versions of this dream:
First, there was a little kid sleeping. Suddenly a horrible thing/man (he looked human, but was completely evil) comes in to try and kill the boy. Thankfully, a black cop (of no importance, but that’s just his description) rolls out from underneath the bed, attacks the thing/man. However, the thing/man sticks some sort of point three-pronged object into the cop. While the cop writhes, the thing jumps out the window but not before another officer shows up and stabs him.

In my second dream, I realize the events will happen all over again, only this time it is me that is the kid. I get the news that two cops saved a litle boy. During the day, I try desperately to call the police. I try in different states and even in Mexico. I want a full team to help out for what will occur at night. However, nobody cares. One Mexican police station actually does care and I ask them to send atleast seven cops to hide in my room until the thing comes. However, they send one cop. I tell him what is likely to happen: the thing will return. All the while, I have background information on what will happen because I’ve “seen” this before. I fill my bathtub because i know at one point the thing falls into it. That night, I am shaking b/c no cops believe me or they just hang up on me and I get a dead buzzing from the phone. I call another cop and I recognize his voice: he is the black cop from the other dream. He says the exact same things he told the boy in the last dream. I tell him that I remember who he is, but realize that if I ask him to come to help, he will be stabbed (like the last dream).

In the night, I wait.

And I keep having dreams that my house has secret passageways. At first, they are great, it’s like discovering a mansion, but I always end up being chased in the maze of the new rooms and hallways.
