
Jet lag has long been a problem particularly for people who frequently travel. Changes in the time zone are often the problem and having to adjust sleep, sometimes extending just to adjust to the actual time schedule of the region you may be is a problem.
Now reverting back to the regular sleeping schedule may become an issue. In fact, it can be health risk as the need to address how your body can take such is in question. With that in mind, studies have found a solution to ease the problems brought about by jet lag and it comes in the form of pine extracts called Pyncnogenol.
While Pyncnogenol has been known to reduce problems like swelling of the brain and blot clotting they have been found as related to jet lag issues.
