It sounds like you really need to go to your doctor. I had similar problems and went to my family doctor. I ended up going on medication. This may or may not be appropriate for your situation. Your doctor will have to assess you.
If it’s interfering with you life as much as it sounds, then you really need to talk to someone. ‘Cause the more you get stressed out, the worse it’ll get. Your head will continue to race and spin while you’re trying to study and sleep.
Go to a general practitioner and tell him that you are suffering from anxiety. The meds for that are different than for depression. Citalopram (Celexa) is for anxiety.
Oh I’m so sorry that they are not listening to you. I feel you need to get another doctor because, that’s their job to ” Listen to you ”
Please, I know, I have many mental issues and on medications.
maybe you need a medication for your anxiety if its that bad. u should see a psychiatrist. they are for medication. pschologist are just for talking.
I have social anxiety disorder you can get medication for anxiety go to your doctor.
Find a doc you’re comfortable talking to. They’ll help. Even ask to take klonopin, that’s the least addictive form of anti-anxiety meds and it’s really helped me.
One thing you can do is go to your doc while you’re having an anxiety attack, that’s the fastest way to get treatment I’ve found. It’s hard to dismiss you when you’re obviously in crisis.
