I don’t often get nightmares or bad dreams, but when I do 9 times out of 10 they involve my family and this old house we used to live in when I was a child. In my dreams, either my family terrorizes me or I feel helpless towards them. Sometimes I wake up crying and choked up. Is this normal? I know that everyone gets nightmares at least once in a while, but is it normal to always have the same kind of nightmares/bad dreams? And also, to wake up crying?

It is either he is cheating on me or something bad happens to him or we are in a huge fight. It seems i rarely have good dreams about him and i don’t understand why! I am generally happy with him, besides some fights like every couple does. Why do i always have these dreams?
