Best remedy to make me sleep with the flu?

It’s 3am here in the UK, I have the start of the flu and my blocked sinuses and sore throat mean I haven’t slept a wink. I’ve been up since 6 yesterday morning but just feel so alert.

What’s the best thing for me right now?
