  • Hi Rawr,
A dream is a story you tell your self, about your self. Usually, the story is about your life in the present. So what is going on in your life today that is bothering you? You don’t say if it’s the same dream all week, or different bad dreams. When you have a bad dream, write it down, and then write down any problems you have been having or thinking about the past few days. When you get a few of the dreams together in your journal, you can start to compare them, and see what they have in common, and what they might be trying to say to you about things that are going on in your life. As you get the journal entries together, the ones about what has been going on in your life, you can start to study them too, and see what they have in common as well. You might find a theme there. It could be a particular person or situation that causes you to feel stress, it could be a problem you feel like you can’t resolve, or it could be your outlook and way of dealing with things that needs to be changed…There are several very talented interpreters here, if you post your dream from beginning to end in as much detail as you can remember, maybe someone can help you sort it out….Good luck…
