I’ve always talked in my sleep. Everyone thought it was funny because I said weird things. Now I’m starting to talk every night and sleep walk. I can’t remember what I do or what I say. How do I stop?
My family memebers find me doing weird things.

Most people improve in this area, as they grow older, and the worst time seems to be around 14. I suggest that you have an alarm fitted to your bedroom door, so, once set before bedtime, opening it will trigger the alarm, waking you, and preventing you from doing anything dangerous, such as going outside (it happens!).
